Riders should follow local traffic laws, wear appropriate safety gear where required, and refuse trips that appear unsafe or violate platform rules.

Data security
We protect account, order, and location data using administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to a modern logistics platform.

Account security
- Use a strong, unique password and do not share login credentials.
- Log out on shared or public devices.
- Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Enable device-level security (screen lock, biometrics) on phones used for deliveries or business operations.
Fraud and misuse
We monitor for patterns that suggest fraud, fake orders, or platform abuse. Accounts involved in suspicious activity may be suspended while we investigate. We cooperate with law enforcement when required by law or when necessary to protect users and the public.
